SERVICE

Murray Drilling Company offers service on 4” to 6” drilled domestic, irrigation, small community and commercial wells and equipment. Our service area encompasses:

Algodones, Bernalillo, Budaghers, Corrales, Placitas, Rio Rancho and Albququerqe (North of I-40 and Tramway west to 9 Mile Hill)

Our service crews are very knowledgeable and very conscientious of the type of work they perform and we would welcome the opportunity to work with you. 

EMERGENCY SERVICE

Murray Drilling Company does not offer 24 hour or Weekend Service. Simply put, we tried it and it doesn’t work. We found (and hear from many customers on Monday mornings that ran into the same problem with others offering emergency service) that if a pump required pulling we have to wait until the next business day as 1 person cannot safely pull the pump by himself or if a part was needed that we didn’t have our suppliers are not open, so we would again have to wait until the next business day. We felt it was not fair to charge for emergency service calls when 99% of the time nothing could be done anyway.

HOWEVER,

“No Water” calls do take priority. Simply leave a voice mail message and your call will be returned the next business morning beginning at 7:30 a.m.

Calls are returned in the order they are received and scheduled as we go. Please note that if you don’t answer we leave a message (if possible), then move on to the next call. Depending on when we hear back from a person, service will be scheduled for the next available time slot (which could be the next day or two).
